Actually, this is very early, but as I wrote on the
www.ParkHillsGrads.com website, here is how I envision things. But believe me, my envision really doesn’t mean anything, we as a committee will have to plan on exactly what we want to do. But with as many folks that may show, which are PHHS Classes 1972 through 1982, plus 1983, 84 and 85 since they were actually in the high school in 1982, the last year it was known as Park Hills. That is a lot of folks with the potential of showing up. So where do you hold it to accommodate all those folks. Well, in my mind, you do it on a Saturday, in the Summer of 2010, at a park. Or if we have a classmate that lives on the outskirts of Fairborn that has some land to hold it at. Then either Friday night or Saturday night, at a place in Fairborn like Cadillac Jacks where you can utilize the inside and outside back patio area. And with all that, pray for great weather LOL. Again, just ideals that need to be discussed. No need to go into all in an email. As you can see, if we do this, there shouldn’t be a lot of planning or things that have to be done. Plus no up front expenses. Again, with that many folks to try and contact, too expensive to send out mailings and so forth. Just the job of trying to get everyone’s mailing address..WHEW. I think this reunion will be promoted by postings on the Park Hills websites (both Jeff Jones, PHHS ’72
www.fphhs.org and Andy and Bernice (Keeney) Fugate, PHHS ’77
www.ParkHillsGrads.com), individual established class websites, newspapers, emails and word of mouth. No cost in any of those avenues.
